Here are some of the most common questions Cycle Love tackles.

Do we charge in different currencies?
No, these $, €, and ¥ prices are calculated daily from the current exchange rates and are approximate only. The final price is fixed and will be charged in $. The amount on your card statement will be the equivalent amount in your local currency based on the rate applied when your account is debited.

Should I include my phone number when ordering?
Yes, please ensure that a valid contact telephone number is added to all orders, including paypal and paypal express. The carrier needs this in case of any difficulty finding an address. Failure in providing one could result in a severe delay of your delivery.

How soon will I receive my order?
Orders will take up to 48 hrs to process and ship. Domestic orders will take 1-5 business days for delivery. International orders can take up to 2 weeks for delivery.

When will I know my order has been shipped?
As soon as you have received your ‘Dispatch Confirmation’ email from us with your DHL or UPS tracking number, you will know it has left our warehouse on this date. Please note, all shipments are collected around 4pm US time, so no tracking numbers will show any movement on the DHL or UPS website before this time (4pm PST) as the orders would not have been scanned out of our warehouse and into first location on route to you.

Can I change my order once its placed?
Once your order has been confirmed, it’s not possible for you, or us, to change it prior to dispatch.

Do I have to pay customs and import charges?
Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.

Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.

I don’t believe in email. I want to write Cycle Love a letter.
All you have to do is write us a letter and send it in the mail. Send in a photo, a few jokes, anything at all, and we’ll send you some stickers. It’s just that easy. In addition, stickers will also come with all goods purchased on our online store.

Does Cycle Love offer internships?
Not at the moment, Cycle Love is a close knit crew at the moment & we wouldn’t have it any other way as of now.  When an internship becomes available we will post it on The Paceline.

Is Cycle Love a publicly traded company?
No. We are a privately held company with no future plans to go public.

How do I get sponsored?
Getting sponsored by Cycle Love is possible, but we aren’t very eager to do so.  Still, send us your “portfolio” (Resume: action shots contest results magazine coverage photos and video). Include a letter explaining yourself. Eventually, hard work will be noticed, and hopefully you will be a step closer. We look forward to seeing your best stuff.
